Crafting Recovery
Creating a New Mindset for Lasting Recovery!
I want to get clean and sober--have a life worth living. I want to stop feeling burdened and defeated. I'm beginning to realize that the very thing I think is feeding me is really stealing from me. Now what?
I want to better understand addiction and recovery so I can help my loved ones. I'm interested in furthering my insight into addiction and recovery for my own self-growth journey. I want to learn how to integrate my faith into my recovery. Now what?
Well RecoverME Academy has you covered!
With so many recovery resources available we often become confused--AA/NA meetings-- absolutely--a sponsor--yes. But what about tackling the hard issues, what about getting to the very core, exploring obstacles to recovery while learning how to succeed?
That is what is different about "Crafting Recovery." It's based on the 12 Steps, however, you craft your own recovery. What is going to work best for you? Crafting Recovery provides the framework--you decide how to build the structure. The only tools you will need is willingness, openness, honesty and creativity.
Why crafting?
To craft one uses skill, ingenuity and creativity. When something works keep doing it and do it more. If it doesn't work--stop it now--yeah it's that easy! Living sober is experimental--you have to try different things. Yet we know there are certain things that work--all the time, every time.
One of those things is working a program. Lone riders rarely make it. Those that are humble enough to accept a little help from someone who is living sober is critical to recovery. So why not let us help? Are you ready to craft your recovery?
Crafting Recovery comes with over 28 engaging training videos, a guidebook, and self-application questions.
Dive into such exciting topics as:
Overcoming Denial!
Finding Freedom!
Breaking down Resistance!
Increasing Hope !
Letting Go!
Getting Unstuck!

And much, much more!
Crafting Recovery is perfect for those trying to heal from addictions, vices, habits or those just wishing to grow and increase their self-awareness.

Cindy Kightlinger is the founder of Mercy House of Meadville, Inc. where she also serves as a therapist and drug and alcohol counselor. She founded Mercy House of Meadville, Inc. , in 2001 as a result of an idea that mental health and drug and alcohol could be done in a different way-serving people spiritually and physically, as well as emotionally. "Everything we do at Mercy House is done with that aim in mind. We think of ourselves as a family and the response that we most often hear is that , "it is so homey here, so comfortable." Even our mission statement of, "Restoring Hearts and Homes," reflects our core values. We put a lot of time, effort and resources into sourcing our community and region and with RecoverME Academy, hope to broaden that influence."
Rev. Kightlinger's credentials include certified addiction counselor, licensed professional counselor, certified gambling counselor, speaker and ordained minister. Her numerous speaking event include women retreats, pastor trainings, marital conferences and spiritual/inspirational guest speaking.
